CARA A. HOROWITZ

Cara is a project attorney in NRDC’s Los Angeles office. Her work focuses on the protection of marine mammals through international advocacy and enforcement of domestic laws, including the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Before joining NRDC, she clerked for the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and worked in private practice. She is a graduate of Yale College and the UCLA School of Law.
