Our previous rendezvous with Luk took place in february 2002 and was mostly focused on smuggling.
I would like first to congratulate him for being one of
the winners of the 2006 Luther Terry Awards and for having been nominated as strategic leader in the tobacco control field for the International Union Against Cancer.
In this podcast Michael Cummings talks about health warnings in the USA that have last been regulated by the Cigarette Labeling Act in 1984. We address the points made in the article published in Tobacco Control Journal.

This is my first podcast interview in 2006

is with the Department of Health Studies of the University of Waterloo
in Ontario. He is the co-author of a research paper published in
Tobacco Control Journal about the Effectiveness of cigarette warning labels in informing smokers about the risks of smoking.
