The American Cancer Society is searching for an individual to lead its international tobacco control program. The Managing Director for Global Tobacco Control oversees major components of ACS's international tobacco control efforts, including building public support for tobacco control, advocating for smokefree public places, and supporting efforts to increase tobacco taxes.
This position manages a multimillion dollar budget, including restricted and unrestricted funds, and a team of directors and managers with expertise in public health programming, research, and policy development. The position will be based in Atlanta at ACS's national headquarters and will report to the National Vice President for International Affairs.
