IDRC-ATSA's "situational analyses" (pre-publication versions)

The core of the IDRC-ATSA project was to produce "situational analyses" for the 12 countries involved. A pre-publication version of those documents is now available on the IDRC site. Have a look and do not hesitate to tell us what you think. Keep in mind this is the result of a $5.2 million grant.

Sorry for our French speaking readers but it appears that for now all those documents are only available in English.
