Uganda: plenty of pictures of the capacity building workshop on Facebook

As far as the communication practices are concerned, it is interesting to see the new use of Facebook that seems more attractive than the traditional website. Probably because it is more user friendly. Can it be more than a pleasant but anonymous gallery of pictures? Time will tell.
