Most recently, Mr. Kyallo served as the Country Director of the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF) in Uganda where he was a key player in the global Stand Up for African Mothers campaign aimed at preventing maternal and child death in Africa. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kyallo served in senior leadership, strategic, and management positions with CARE International in Kenya, the Agency for Cooperation and Research in Development in Somalia and Save the Children (UK) in Tanzania. He previously was the Country Director of Partners for Development in Nigeria.
He represents civil society organizations in a leading advocacy and policy forum in Uganda and is currently the elected representative of international NGOs to the Uganda Global Fund Country Coordinating Mechanism Board. He is a Founder and Board Director of Universal Technology Outreach Community Hubs (U-TOUCH), a US-based non-profit organization whose mission is to transform lives in disadvantaged regions by bridging the digital divide."
