You can try to search the interactive map provided by the CDC but you'll find almost nothing for African countries. The few youth surveys are quite old.
Why such a lack of very basic data?
Apparently there was a youth survey in various sub-sahara countries in 2008, as reported on my the very blog I once started about prevalence but the links don't work any longer :(
