Pascal Bogui let me know about the new Tobacco Control Act of July 23 2019, published in the Journal Officiel on October 21, 2019 (PDF in French) that has been enacted in Ivory Coast after years of efforts. As we know, passing legislation is one thing, implementation is another but all our best wishes.
