The Dirty Ashtray Award to the Chair of Committee B for undermining the COP's decision making process by repeatedly ignoring Parties' comments on the need for a process to further revise the reporting instrument -all the way to 10.15 pm on Friday night, when a draft decision, only in English, and not reflecting Parties' comments, was introduced two minutes before the session had to conclude... Scandalous.
