Orchid Award to SEARO, the South East Asian Region, for being the first region to announce its support for adoption of Article 11 and 13 guidelines unchanged.

The Orchid Award for Monday November 17

The Orchid  Award goes to the Key Facilitators on Article 11 (Australia, Brazil, Canada, Peru and the Philippines) and Article 13 (the European Commission, Finland and India) for developing strong comprehensive guidelines that should be adopted by the COP without change.
