Schwarzenegger Signs Landmark Global Warming Bill

As NRDC's Daniel Hinerfeld reports, California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger yesterday signed historic global warming legislation that will reduce the state's greenhouse gas emissions 25 percent by 2020.
