Beware Of Internet Ink Suppliers...
We have heard numerous complaints for customer or from others in general regarding the prices charged for replacement toner and ink cartridges. Unfortunately, this is true. However, to fully appreciate what is being sold, you must know all the facts.

To begin with, the really low-ball pricing is based on “drill and fill” products. A “drill and fill” describes an empty cartridge that is simply re-supplied with ink. On the other hand, every one of Two Tone’s cartridges is thoroughly inspected and meticulously tested in an ISO-approved factory before it is filled with noticeably more ink than the name brand of the same number. These days, defective compatibles from Two Tone are rare because of the care given in the manufacturing of these OEM-alternative products.

We back all our products with a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you have a problem, we will replace the defective cartridge immediately at no charge and even ship it or deliver it free.

Try getting that from an internet site offering ink for ridiculously low prices! Some of their return policies (if they even offer one) make it so complicated and so much bother to return the unusable cartridges that people just throw them out and swear to never buy a compatible cartridge again. This is unfortunate. They often go back to the name brand cartridges, paying too much for too little ink. An easy clue is whether a supplier discloses whether they remanufacturer their own cartridges. If they do not disclose that they remanufacturer the cartridges then they could very well be drill and fill.

Finally, in all due candor, we won’t try to compete with these internet pirates. We could buy the same inferior ink and cartridge shells and sell them cheaper than our current listed prices, but we are not “one shot” vendors. Two Tone’s business is based on long term relationships and re-ordering. We cannot AND WILL NOT sell inferior or second rate products to our customers. We use 100% U.S. manufactured ink and toner and our cartridges are always put thru a rigorous inspection and testing process. Simply put, no one sells a better OEM-alternative product than Two Tone. Our return rate for defective compatible cartridges is nearly non-existent.

Each toner cartridge model we remanufacture is put through an extensive research & development process in a multi-million dollar laboratory prior to our remanufacturing it & offering it to our customers. This R&D process identifies the best ink & toner type(s) as well as the most efficient & effective manufacturing process for each different replacement cartridge. Doing this extra quality control step allows us to produce the highest quality ink cartridge possible, giving you the highest possible page yield, & print quality available. It is not uncommon for our remanufactured cartridges to perform better than their original OEM counterparts. This also means that it usually takes us at least 6 months to develop toner cartridges following the initial release of a brand new printer / fax machine / copier, unless they use an earlier model cartridge. Unless you bought a machine within minutes of its release to market & then used up all the toner basically right away, chances are very good we carry it.

We hope this clears up any confusion over price, quality and quantity of ink cartridges and laser toners offered for sale by Two Tone of WISCONSIN. Should you have any questions or comments, you can always contact us by phone, fax or email. We appreciate your comments and suggestions.
Save money on ink! Typical savings are 30-45%. Clean, crisp printing! Our cartridges offer crisp black or color that stand up to the toughest printing standards. . . YOURS! Price shouldn't be the only factor you consider when purchasing ink. Quality counts! Our cartridges typically have more milliliters of ink than national brands. This means they LAST LONGER.
