In my opinion this is a VERY IMPORTANT tool as it will allow advocates -and the public- to rate and compare the governments.
By the way it makes me think it would be brilliant for Globalink to host on line the results of the survey... I don't know what type of arrangement they have (or not) as to how the information is/will be available on line because -of course- it would be useful to have a tool to compare very quickly...
As far as I know CDC is not providing an on line, easy to use
version for the numbers they publish regularly about how each US state
rates sompared ot the best practices goal: I only have seen the results published in tables via tobacco free kids.
