Channel G's film crew and hosts had the awesome opportunity to sail out on
one of two triple-masted tall ships to meet the Planetary Coral Reef
Foundation's Ship, the RV Hericlitus.
The Planetary Coral Reef Foundation is doing incredible work, both documenting the state of the reefs around the world, and educating communities about how they can help stop the destruction of the reefs.
The Hericlitus was returning from a four month voyage at sea, documenting the reefs. Audette, one of Channel G's hosts, interviewed the crew and got the inside story on what's really happening with coral reefs world wide. The story of the reefs makes for very compelling television and has been growing in the general public's awareness. Channel G's report on the work of the Planetary Coral Reef Foundation will certainly help the story even more.
