Amended Agreement: $40 million in 2021, $35 million per year from 2022 to 2029

In a document shared by Derek via email on April 16,2021 on the nicotine policy google listserve , he refers to an amended and restated pledge agreement agreed upon with PMI on September 25, 2020 (posted on September 28) that decides a review of the funding as below:

The amended agreement was posted on the the website under the title Governance then pledge agreement but there was no press release informing of this change nor any -yet- about the controversial article in Le Monde. There was no mention of the change in the Financials section,
