The second session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) on a Protocol on Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products will be held in Geneva, 20-25 October 2008.

It is a interesting topic. tobaco is one of the only permitted drug in society. but it is interesting that it can get so much money in taxes. It is great way for the government to get money.
