Hmmm, tricky. If you're just cnateirg the game for a class project with no intention of licensing it or allowing it to be played by anyone but you and whoever is doing the marking, you may use both characters and plot with my blessing. If, however, there's even a remote chance of it making it onto the net and into expanded play -- which would keep us from selling it later -- or if it's possible someone may offer you money for it -- because I know some gaming companies keep a close eye on design classes -- then you'll have to talk to my agent about licensing as we already have licensing in place for the Blood Books and might for the Smoke books.If the later, drop me a line at the lj email account and I'll put you in touch with the actual people in charge.
