If you live in Africa you can look for the relevant information about tobacco taxes and share it with us by posting it in a comment (at the bottom of each post).
We'll then transfer it within a regular post.
Beyond the data you can tell us more about the situation in your country: how people feel about tobacco taxes, what are the neighboring countries doing, is there a lot of smuggling, how influent is the tobacco industry, etc.
