Alain Le Quernec is a graphic artist from Quimper (in Brittany). In 1990-1991, with his high school students he took up the tobacco industry: they
produced posters linking famous cigarette brands with cancer and death,
using as a signature the motto "Advertising Kills" (La Pub Tue). I explain the lawsuits that followed and the consequences and lessons
