I select someone I would like to cyber-interview. We get in touch and I submit 5 questions via email.
The guest answers the questions as she/he wants to: some guests are brief, some like to expand beyond the scope of the initial questions and that's great.
Often one question contains several questions as I cannot prevent myself to be curious and I don't censor myself if a new idea comes up. Still the format remains relatively short.
The guest has three other tasks: introduce himself/herself at the start of the interview, provide a picture of oneself, eventually add whatever comment he/she finds appropriate at the end: "Is there anything you want to add?"
