Mr Bettcher, you search for a way to ban smoking in developing countries and blame millions of deaths on smoking. Bull Crap, Mr. Bettcher. Developing countries have problems like "no food, idiot leaders and armies, drugs" all of which kill far more than a smoke will ever kill. Get real and get off the web sites.

Excellent, it's a good idea because Douglas Bettcher is one of the best in his category and it's a good initiative at the same time we need more information about him, I couldn't find it by Goolge. 23jj
