I was able to produce this blog because of a travel grant from UICC-Globalink to cover the conference and introduce blogs during a pre-conference workshop.
All my thanks to Isabel Mortara, Wayne Kao, Harold Colomes and all the UICC 08 staff who were instrumental and most helpful.
All my best wishes to the new bloggers who started blogging during the conference and my encouragements for those of you who will decide to give blogging a try.
