A panel discussion about the state of the restoration movement with representatives of the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, Tulalip Tribes, Battelle Institute and The Nature Conservancy (18 min).
During lunch, a speech by James Connaughton White House Advisor and Chair of the Council on Environmental Quality (10 min).
Finally a speech by Billy Frank Jr. Chairman of the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission (10 min).
I am sorry to report that the beginning of Billy's speech was lost due to a failure of batteries.
