Rob Cunningham writes (and we totally agree): Congratulations to Uruguay which yesterday on September 1, 2009 finalized Ministerial Ordonnance 466/2009 to require a new set of six graphic warnings to cover 80% of the front and back of the package. Uruguay will have the largest cigarette package warnings in the world. The new graphic images will be required to appear on packages 180 days from the issuance of the Ordonnance, or March 1, 2010. What Uruguay has done is a very important achievement.
