Uruguay: Uruguay now leads the pack with graphic health warnings covering 80% of the cigarette pack: what about Africa?

Uruguay has a population of about 3,3 million people but they have been able to implement this drastic evolution: earlier the size of the warning (on the right) was already at 50%, now on the left it's 80%. The pictures are on both sides of the pack. Congratulations Uruguay!
