Uruguay has a population of about 3,3 million people but they have been
able to implement this drastic evolution: earlier the size of the
warning (on the right) was already at 50%, now on the left it's 80%.

At the beginning I found your blog a little bit boring, but honestly I was not paying attention to the serious topic you was writing about. On December 30, 2010, Canada's national Minister of Health Leona Aglukkaq announced new warnings for Canada that would cover 75% of the front and back of cigarette packages. Four of the new warnings were released.
